1 | package | (8 ounce) penne pasta, cooked according to package directions | |

2 | cups | fresh broccoli florets | |
|
|||
2 | cans | (6 ounce) water packed albacore tuna, drained and flaked | |
|
|||
1 | jar | (6.25 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, drained | |
|
|||
1/2 | pint | grape tomatoes, halved | |
|
|||
1 | red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | red onion, diced | |
|
|||
1 | can | (2.25 ounce) sliced black olives, drained | |
|
|||
1 | bottle | Italian salad dressing | |
|
|||
freshly ground black pepper | |||
|
Rinse the cooked penne pasta with cold water and set aside to cool.
Into a large bowl, add broccoli, tuna, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, and olives. Gently toss to combine.
Add 1/8 cup Italian salad dressing to the pasta and toss to combine. Spread pasta onto a large serving platter.
Spoon the broccoli mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
Serve with the Italian dressing on the side.
